Order changes and cancellations:
  • If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to handle the changes before the shipment confirmation, but some changes may cause delays. Regrettably, we are unable to modify or cancel special orders or shipped orders. If your order has been shipped, you can also contact us for assistance.
30-day return policy
  • Return request:
    To be eligible for a return, the product must:
    ✔ Remain in its original condition (unused, with labels)
    ✔ Include the original packaging, accessories, user manual and any promotional gifts
    ✔ Obtain prior approval from our customer service before returning 

      Return shipping fee:
    For returns due to non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The refund amount only covers the product price (excluding shipping fees). 

      Non-returnable items:
    - All custom-made items are not eligible for return. -
    All clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. (This applies only to items marked as non-returnable.) 
    - Products lacking original packaging or with severely damaged packaging
    - Contact-type pet supplies (such as pet waterers, pet bowls, feeding devices) to prevent cross-infection

  •  How to submit a claim for damage:
    Please submit within 30 days after receiving the goods. Please use the following method: service@pawhearth.com
    Contact us. What we need: Please provide photos/videos showing the problems as indicated in the original packaging of the product, along with the order number and purchase voucher.
